With money throwing

Hi there

" A rich guy walked by with money throwing out of his purse."

I doubt if 'with money throwing' is correct.

The word arrangement looks strange.

So, I think it should be corrected like below :

A rich guy walked by with throwing money out of his purse. (?)

A rich guy walked by , throwing money out of his purse.

Any feedback would help me,
