With Joe having spent 210 days in space

Hi

I have a question about the sentence stated below.

"The duo touched down at 04:10 GMT, with Joe having spent 210 days in space, and Alex 180 days."

I can't get the structure used after first comma ? "with Joe having spent 210 days in space, and Alex 180 days."

Could you please help me out? Thanks in advance.
