Grammar

with his hand waving?

Hello,

Is it correct to say "He came to me with his hand waving"?

Or, is it incorrect if I say "He came to me with his hand waved"?

I think that means "he waved his hand", so "his hand" is objective of the verb "wave".

I referred to some grammar books, but I couldn't find an answer for that.

Please help me!

The second is wrong. The first is unnatural. We'd be far more likely to say, "He was waving as he came towards me'.
