This is the first assembly session in 27 years with four political parties represented, and things seemed to get off to a rocky start.
What is the meaning of represented in the sentence?
Does it modify parties behind like made in the building made by him is...?
Or does it function like folded in with my arms folded?
What do you native English speakers think?
