With every percentage

I have my phone plugged into my computer as I've run out of battery my phone.
What is the correct way to say the sentence?

With every percentage my laptop battery goes down, my phone battery goes up.
With every percentage my laptop battery decreases, my phone battery increases.
Everytime percentage of my laptop battery goes down, my phone battery goes up.
