With / by / using your mouth

1) You have to speak English with your mouth.
2) You have to speak English by your mouth.
3) You have to speak English, using your mouth.

I think that people tend to think too much in speaking English so I would like to explain that words come out of your mouth, not your brain and then which one is natural to native English speakers or are all of them unnatural and then is there a good sentence I can explain the situation with?

Thank you so much as usual in advance as usual!

I would use #1. #2 sounds wrong. #3 I believe you should drop the comma.

#3 I believe you should drop the comma. I would rearrange it to "You have to use your mouth to speak English."

I would say that #1 was closest to my impression also - at least from these choices.
A lot of people believe that you speak before you think, and often regret it.
Others take so long considering their response, like politicians, that what they finally say is not understandable.
You give resuscitation by mouth.
You pronounce words more clearly by using your mouth.
