With _______ asked to find...

With _____ asked to find a solution for the recent problems within a month, the technical support engineers had to work late.

a. seek
b. are
c. being
d. seeking

I think that the answer is c being but it is also unnatural and I think that without 'with' like 'Being asked to find...' or 'Asked to find...' is natural

Or the answer being is wrong and then which one is a correct answer?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

C is the correct choice, and I agree with your comments about it. But more natural wording is eg Because they were asked to find a solution for the recent problems within a month, the technical support engineers had to work late.
