With an object to infinitives

Analysts say competition in the premium smartphone market is heating up with Samsung Electronics to release its Galaxy S Eight next month.

I have always been confused with 'with an obejct to infinitive' because I have learned that without 'to infinitives', others like past participles, present participles, adjectives, adverbs, prepositions can be followed by 'with objects'.

With my mouth full, with my arms folded, with a night coming on, etc.

And then I was wondering if the phrase is wrong or nowadays the pattern is acceptable?

Or 'to release its...' modifies Samsung Electronics like 'anyone to answer the question should raise your hand.'

Or how can I interpret the phrase?

Thank you so much as usual in advance.

I would put a comma after "heating up", but the "with ..." part is acceptable (to me it has a slight feel of journalese). I see this pattern as a way of combining two statements:

1. Analysts say that competition in the premium smartphone market is heating up.
2. Samsung Electronics is to release its Galaxy S Eight next month.

with the implication that (2) happens at the same ti
