With all your money. you give me a Bible.

A young man told his father he wanted a sports car as a graduate gift. On the morning of his graduation, he was called to his father's room and given a gift box. Opening hte box, he was disappointed to find a Bible inside. He yelled at his father, "With all your money, you give me a Bible?"

Hi,
Is it correct to interpret "with all your money" in the above as "Even thoug you have so much money?" Thanks.
