Question 1:
"I love you"
To reply to above is it correct to say "I love you too, with all my heart."?

Question 2:
"I love you with all my heart."
To reply to above, is it correct to say "I love you with all my heart, too."?

Question 3:
"I love you so much."
To reply to above, is it correct to say "I love you so much with all my heart."?
