"With a focus on" or "with focus on" or "focusing on"

Hi all,

Short question, in the following sentence "Treatment of diabetes with focus on thoracic bioimpedance."

What is the best way to say this; "with a focus on" or "with focus on" (or "focusing on")?

Thanks,

Christophe
