Hi, everyone. I hope you are all well and behaving yourselves on this lovely evening (Well, in the UK at least!).
Today I'm puzzled about "with" and the comma. I know that if these sentences were reversed and started with each respective "with" clause, a comma would eventually follow; however, I'm not so sure about the examples I've given below.
Any help would be most welcome...

1) The machine sold out almost instantly, with the initial 300,000 consoles selling out within a few hours of release
2) The actual move involves watching Axel scrape his knuckles along the pavement, with which he can then use to melt the face off of any person with the name Signal (Note: this is from a computer game magazine!)
3) Greg has lots of problems, what with him losing his job and all.
