Wishing to create a new Neologism

I am seeking to create two new terms for the following, and am finding it difficult:

Two forms of consciousness

1] Pre rational, or without reason skills. A consciousness that has not reason skills beyond that provided by nature - someone that has never learnt how to reason or what a fallacy is

2] A person that is schooled in reasoning and is able to use the skills of reasoning beyond that given by nature, a person familiar with logic, fallacies, scientific reasoning and methods to analyse the truth

You need to clarify. Do you want a name you can apply to a person, or a name you can apply to a form of consciousness?

Isn't "a new neologism" a pleonasm?
