Wishes/hope

Are these sentences good?

We wish that you will stay healthy with your children for many years.

We wish that the project be a great success.

We wish that the project may be a great success.

The basic meaning I want to express is a positive one. I want you to be healthy and I want the project to be a great success. Can wish be used in that way?

I would change the verb to 'hope' and use 'will'.

We hope that you will stay healthy ....
We hope that the project will be a great success.
