Are these sentences both correct:

I wish I could be young again.

I wish I were young again.

and

If only Bob would call me

If only Bob called me.

If only Bob would call me. -- OK.

If only Bob called me. -- Doesn't sound quite right to me (assuming you intend it to mean the same thing).
