Wished I have had

Hi....

Here are some examples from GOOGLE....

I only wished I have had more time to learn from his knowledge and experience.

I wished I have had more time to engage in conversations with all the participants

I wished I have had the opportunity to post this earlier.

No matter how much I always wished I have had a perfect looking body but I just can't get it

I wished I have had re –applied without doing that, because I was waiting for this reply at least 4-6 months

******

wished * have had..... Is it allowable? As "wished" is past tense, and "have had" is present perfect, to my knowledge, it should be wrong.... What would be natives' sense of English here?

If it's wrong, what should be used in that place?

It is not grammatically correct, but that's not uncommon on Google searches. Present tense: I wish I had more time to think about it before making a decision. Past: I wished I had had more time to think about it before making a decision.
