Wish + tense agreement + subordinate clause

I wish I knew who he deals/ dealt with
I wish I knew what he had/has bought her
I wish I knew what he would/will do in this case

I wish I'd known who he had dealt with
I wish I'd known who he dealt with
I wish I'd known what he would do in this case

Are they correct and what the situations are like when hear them?

So you've got a 2 clause unreal past structire with wish> I wish I did, I asked, I bought what... and I wish I'd known, I'd sold, I'd asked what... and then we just use tenses normally?

I wish .... usually introduces something that is not (yet) true. That something can be present time or past.

I wish I knew... (present)
I wish I had known ... (past).

Know is then followed by an object. That object can be a clause. I think that you can contrive almost any tense for the dependent object clause.

eg.

I don't know who he knows. I wish I kn

just a couple of things

I wish I'd asked what was wrong. - past
I wish I'd found out what he would do about it. - past+ future in the past
I wish I worked at the company my dad does - present
I wish we talked what we can do about the problems we're facing more. - present

So..."I wish you are here" is gramatically wrong. But "I hope you are here" is correct.
