Wish for future?

Hye everyone! could you please help me in correcting this sentence?
'I wish I had a car in 2014" or "I wish I would have a car in 2014"
Which is correct to use?

Both sound odd to me. If you must contain this phrase in the sentence, I would say: I wish I will have a car by 2014.
