Hi, '

Of 'I wish you all happiness' and 'I wish all happiness for you', which sentence is correct?

Interesting case.

We say, "I wish you a merry Christmas", and almost never, "I wish a merry Christmas to you".

I would not use the "for you" phrasing at all. That's not correct.

Do you mean that in'I wish all happiness for you','for' is correct but 'to' is not correct?

I wish all happiness to you is also possible, but it doesn't sound quite right to me. I would say "for you".
