wish could/would and were/would be

Hi,

I have a few questions regarding the word 'wish' and its usage.
Are "would" and "could" interchangeable in this sentence?
1. I wish they "could" stop smoking; it's making me cough.
2. I wish they "would" stop smoking; it's making me cough.

And does this sentence
3.You're making too much noise. I wish you were quiet.

mean the same as:
4.You're making too much noise. I wish you would be quiet. ?

And also, what does this sentence mean?
5.I wish I won the lottery.
Is it the same as:
6. I wish I could win the lottery?
