Wish

If we are talking about sentences with "wish" could you tell me if there's a difference, or an appropriate way in grammar for the following examples?
"I wish you would come" & "I wish you came"
"I wish they wouldn't call so late" & "I wish they didn't call so late"
Are both examples (with would & the verb in past) used in the same situation? Do they have the same meaning?
