Wish

Which are correct:

1-I wish you are happy.
2-I wish you will be happy.

3-I wish for you to be happy.
4-I wish you would be happy.

5-I wish you may be happy.
6-I wish that you should be happy,

In which case:
a-it is not impossible or unlikely for you to be happy
and in which case:
b-your being happy is either impossible or unlikely.
