Wiry frame coiled and clanking balls

Hello, I read an article about Avenatti.

The phrase goes like this: His chiseled jaw seems perpetually jutted forward, his wiry frame coiled.

I wonder what "coiled" means.

Also, Rick Wilson says that, "Avenatti got balls, Giant, clanking, titanium balls."

What are clanking balls?

Thanks for helping!
