wins or won

Is the sentence correct? if so which tense is correct?
Is the 2nd sentence correct?
1 If they played each other I wouldn't care who wins/won.
2 No matter who wins, I'll be happy.

By #1, do you mean "If they played against each other..."? Also, the second part of your sentence could be either 'I wouldn't care who wins' or 'I wouldn't care who won'.

Your #2 seems fine. Also, "I'll be happy whoever wins" or "It doesn't make any difference to me, I'll be happy whoever wins". 

Note also that there should be a comma (,) after the 'if' part if we s

'Against' is not necessary,

'Won' is more natural
TomJYour #2 seems fine.
