Speech & Pronunciation

"Winners at the" OR "Winners of the"

Hello,

Could you please tell me what he is saying in this record?

I think it's either "winners at the" or "winners of the", but I'm not sure.

Thank you in advance for your help.

I would guess "winners at the" but his pronunciation is extremely staccato and difficult to interpret. More context would help.
