win/lose vs won/lost

In a table with results of a sports team, should it be "win/lose" or "won/lost" when referring to the outcome? I often see it written as win/lose, but won/lost sounds more natural to me, as the game has already ended.

Wins and losses? No, I did not mean the table as a whole, I was referring to a single row which consists of the opponent team's name, the score, and the outcome (won/lost).

Oh, I didn't understand. I thought win/loss cannot refer to a single result. Here's an example:

OK. Well, what I usually see written, I think, is this:

Boston College Basketball Results

December 6, 1978 Harvard 64, Providence 83
December 16, 1978 Harvard 86, [other team] 83

I agree, this is not very common. But it is more common in a gambling context. I should have mentioned that my example comes from a Wikipedia article about the Boston basketball gambling scandal, where gangsters bet on fixed games, and the table shows whether their bets won or lost. In that case, which of the three options is correct?

I choose my own, of course. You may choose any of the others if you like.
