Will/would be joining?

Hi. Please help me with these.

1. What is the difference between 1 and 2 in the following answer part?

(playing soccer)

Question: What are you doing tomorrow?

Answer: 1) I will join you.

2) I will be joining you.

2. Which is correct?

He has been asking me when she would/will be joining him.

He has asked me when she would be/will be joining him.

I am sorry but this just came up. Is the question word (I think it is) "Which" always singular and thus "Which are correct" is incorrect?
