I have a doubt with this.
Do you think you will/would be able to that work?
I think will is OK here and I want to know when would suits the place.

It is OK. It's almost expected, in fact, because 'think' is not the past. think ... will ... / thought ... would.
vsureshI want to know when would suits the place.
With 'would' the speaker is approaching the listener with greater care.
