Will/would

Hi,
1. "If you're interested, you will want to go this place to do that."
2. "If you're interested, you would want to go this place to do that."
Difference? To me #1 is more factual, #2 is more tentative and maybe adds a polite note. Yes?

go to this place (2) seems a bit of a mismatch. " In isolation it still seems like a slightly artificial or clunky sentence to me. I guess it may be OK in context.

go to this place

(2) seems a bit of a mismatch. For the tentative/hypothetical version I would say:

"If you were interested, you would want to go this place to do that."
