Grammar

Will/would

I'm sure I would when the time came. Or

I'm sure I will when the time comes. Or

I'm sure I would when the time comes.

What's the difference between these three usages? Are all usable and is there a difference between them?

Thanks!

We often omit an 'if'-clause, PJ, though it still exists in the mind, and 'I'm sure' has nothing to do with probability: don't confuse grammar with context.

I'm sure I would when the time came [if the time actually came].
