Will/would

If I can make the meeting for sure on Friday, can I say:

Friday will be perfect. Or should it still be:

Friday would be perfect.

Whats the difference?

Dear Precious Both are good and very close in meaning. For some speakers.. - Friday would be perfect [= slightly more polite: Friday would be perfect - if that's OK with you] - Friday will be perfect [= slightly more friendly: Friday will be perfect - I'm looking forward to meeting you] Regards, Dave
