Someone says, pointing at the pill sitting on the table:

This is my medicine for the willingness to live and suicidal thoughts.

How about: This is my medicine for the willingness to live and against suicidal thoughts.

--- Is the word "against" in the 2nd example necessary? Or is the 1st sentence OK as it is?
