Hi Anon I would not choose either one. I'd say both are wrong. I would say this: - By this time next year, I will have completed my degree.

I would not choose either one. I'd say both are wrong. I would say this:

- By this time next year, I will have completed my degree.

That means that no later than this time next year, I will be finished with my studies and I will have my degree.
