Can you use the word "willed" in this manner?

The god of war was willed to this destination.

I'm trying to say he was summoned but I need a one syllable word.

What meaning would the word hold for most people?

Can it mean all of these:
1. having a strong will.
2. summoned here.
3. having a will (financial).
