Hi all,
Will you proofread the writing below, especially the articles and plurals part? I'm bad at them.
"It is commonly believed that most Japanese have at least a rudimentary command of English. However, this is not the case at all as some researches have proven. As matter of fact, some of our clients' apps jump up in top 10s out of 100 after localizing their languages. For your apps to appeal to the Japanese market, providing localized applications is a must."

I think the start and ending are generally OK but I'd rewrite the middle bit...
