Will you check my English?

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Will you correct them?

No. 1

M: When you check in [into] your hotel room, will you give me a call?

F: Are you back home by then? ["Will you be ...?" is OK?]

M: Not necessarily. I may stay at work late tonight, so please call

my cell-phone.

No. 2

M: I'd like to check this dictionary out.[borrow / check out this dictionary]

F: I'm afraid, but dictionaries can't be taken from [out of] the library.

M: Oh, I see. Well, I'll be staying here a little longer then.

Thank you!
