Will you check my English?

Hello. I wrote two dialogues. Would you correct them?

No. 1

M: There's someone at the front door. Can you answer [go to] the door?

F: No, I'm watching a baseball game on TV.

M: Please! I'm washing my hair. Can't you figure it out?
[understand it]

No. 2

M: Do you know where my black cap is? I want to wear it today. Q. Can I also say "put it on"?

F: I think it's still hanging outside with the other clothes.

M: Did you wash it? What if it has got out of shape?

Thank you!

While "Can't you figure it out? / understand it? is grammatical and idiomatic as a phrase, I don't think it's natural for native speakers in this situation. If you mean "Can't you understand that my reason for not going to the door is more important than yours," we might say, "Don't you get it?" or possibly "Can't/Don't/Do you
