Will you agree with/on/that what your son wants to be?

Do I need with or on or that? In order to use "what"

It is rather presumptuous to put it forth as a question regarding the future, as no father (myself included) would be willing to answer that without knowing his son's decision.

Ya.. I think I used a wrong modal verb. I should have used would instead of will.

I will use this for the English class and I was looking for right way to express this.
