At what time will you be there at the party ?
At what time would you be there at the party ?

Do these two sentences have the same meaning ?

"Will" expresses the definite future. I know that you're going to to the party. I just want to know when to expect you. "Would" is used with a conditional.

A: Are you coming to the party?
B: It depends on whether I can get a ride after work.
A: If you got a ride, when would you be there?

"Would" is used instead of "will" because the answer can't
