will / will be ~ing / be going to

Which would be used ? And why?

I need to learn Spanish because ( I am going to move / I will move / I will be moving / I'm moving) to Spain this August.

"I will move" doesn't work for me here. The others are all feasible.

I'd use the last one. The situation involves a definite plan.
I would not use the second one. The statement is not spontaneous enough. Things are already planned.

The other two are OK, but of the two I like 'will be moving' better. It's more engaging and enthusiastic, I'd
