What's the difference between these Two Sentences--- " The store Will Close at 10 pm. And---- The store Will Be Closed at 10pm. "

In the first, the store will be open at 9.59 pm.

In the second, we have no idea when the shop will close.All we know is that at 10 pm it will not be open.

Only the first letter in the sentence needs to be capitalised.
