Will vs would vs might

Playing loud music in my friends room when his parents are asleep. I say:

I'm afraid they will hear us.

VS

I'm afraid they would hear us.

VS

I'm afraid they might hear us.

Are all three okay?

I'm afraid they [might / will] hear us. Both fine. (More formally 'may hear us' is also fine.)

I'm afraid they would hear us. No.
I was afraid they [might / would] hear us. Both fine when you retell the story in a week or two.
