'will' vs 'would'

Could you tell me which one is right between 'will' and 'would' in the following sentence? If both of them are okay, what is the difference between them in terms of meaning or nuance? Thank you in advance.

I hope to get your advice from which house I have to choose to the problems that [will/would] happen after my purchasing.

"will" or "would" seems to suggest that problems will inevitably arise. "might" seems a better choice. There are a number of other issues with the sentence though.
