The following sentence talks about next day morning's activity. Please let me know which one is currect? Is there any better way to express the same?

Will it be convenient for you if I come over, and start the installation tomorrow at 9:30 AM?

Both are OK, and ofeten there is very little practical difference. Here are a couple of comments on subtleties.
