Intent is the desire to do. Will is the action causes the intent to come to fruition. Think of it this way: You bought a car that has a 6 year loan. Your intent is to pay off the car in three years. In order to do so, you decide to only eat out once a week, to take a part time job, to use coupons, etc. The intent is to pay off the car early. The will is what will make that intent to come to fruit
