"will think of you" or "will be thinking of you"

I do understand the difference between simple future and future progressive but i'm not sure which one to use in the following context:
if i wanna tell a friend that i will be thinking/ will think of him tomorrow, during his uncles funeral.
i'm not quite sure which one demonstrates more that my thoughts will be with him all day.
thanks for helping. cheers.

You could just say "My thoughts will be with you tomorrow", otherwise there is not much difference between your choices. " perhaps implies a one-off thought, while "be thinking of" implies continuous thought.

will be thinking

(will think seems to suggest that you'll think of him once and then stop. I wouldn't use it in the given context.)
