Will talk about... to / Will talk to... about

Hi

While translating a sentence to English, I got confused about the structure of the sentence.

The sentence is: I will talk about this to mom.

or should it be: I will talk to mom about this.?

or are these formats interchangeable?

or is there a better way of saying it?

Please help.

Thank you

Both are OK. (I prefer the second one, but that doesn't mean that the first one is wrong.)
