"will" referring to something that usually happens

Hi, there,

Do these two have the same meaning?

1. It is sometimes difficult to realize a dream.
2. It will be sometimes difficult to realize a dream.

"Will" is used to express frequent, customary, or habitual action or natural tendency or disposition, isn't it? In that sense, is No.2 same with No.1?

No.2 sounds weird to me because I haven't heard the "will" in "it is ~ to ..." clause very often.
