B- Impossible. Mr. Nasir will never something like this. I know him very well.

or

Have you just invented the transitive verb "never"?

No. Provided you've just made a little typo and left out "say", only would works because the question was about something in the past.

Shouldn't it be 'would have never'? Or you meant past of will?

He would never say something like that makes a general statement about his character.
He would never have said something like that makes a specific statement about what he actually said.

Both versions are possible. It just depends on what you want to say.

Only 'would'. In fact, if you say it with some impatience, "Will you open the door please?" can sound rude.
