Should it be will or would?

Reading your two sentences, I get that only "could" is proper. Someone introduces another person to their brother at the present time. There is no sense on having a subject (to talk) about in the future, there.

I don't understand this. If you are asking "why is not would correct?", to me, would does not match the sentences.
